LEVANDER'S AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING - KID'S GOLD RUSH - Regular Racing Ty Leonard got off to a great start as he led the first of three Grand National Late Model heat race from start to finish. Kevin Safranek finished in second as Jake Smidt and Jerron Suck rounded out the top four. Dave Cook took the lead from Randy Petersen on lap two in the second heat race. Cook continued with the win as Bob Milander made his way to second. Matt Buller was third and Petersen dropped to fourth. Alan Jordening took the lead from Randall Ford on lap two. Jordening continued for the win as Robert Leonard moved into second. Alex Humphrey finished third and Tom Kubicka was fourth. James Moore controlled all except lap three in the first of three IMCA Modified heat races. Jacob Anson was second, Scott Blessing third and Steve Schmitt fourth. Brent Hoefelman led the distance in heat number two for the win. Jarred Hackler finished second, Brook Eilts was third and Brian Levander fourth. Chad Dolan showed them the fast way around the speedway in heat three leading the entire race. Wade Cross finished second, David Murray Jr. was third and Gene Smith fourth. Jerry Barribo led the first IMCA Hobby Stock heat race from green to checkered as Jim Buss followed in second. Cody Blessing managed to take third followed by Dillon Thompson. Terry Eatherton led the first half of heat number two before Andy Gregg took the lead and the win. Eatherton finished second followed by Troy Paxton and Kyle Bond. Jordan Lawhorne won the Jr. Hornet heat race after taking the lead from Zak Gimpel on lap number two. Ben Hobbs finished second with Gimpel third and Tony Rost was fourth. Darick Lamberson won the first Happy Hornet heat race. Richard Crow was second with Dana Pospisil and Mike Poland rounding out the top four. Matthew Ford won the second heat as Blake Sims was second, Michael Boehle was third and Darrell Fieldgrove fourth. Justin Gregg led the Grand National B-feature from green to checkered flag. Robert Leonard was second, Craig Muirhead third and Donald Gimpel fourth. Ben Hobbs took the early lead in the Jr. Hornet feature race. Hobbs continued for the win as Tyler Auten moved up for second followed by Jordan Lawhorne and Tony Rost. Matthew Ford led the distance in the Happy Hornet feature but was disqualified in tech inspection following the race. Michael Boehle gets credit for the win with Darick Lamberson second, Darrell Field grove third and Richard Crow fourth. Jerry Barribo took the lead as the IMCA Hobby Stock race began. Barribo held the lead until the final five laps as Andy Gregg took control and got the win. Barribo finished second with Kyle Bond third and Jim Buss was fourth. The IMCA Modifieds had a difficult time getting the race started but Steve Schmitt got the lead as the race began. David Murray moved into the lead on lap nine and continued for his sixth win in a row. Chad Dolan came up to second with Steve Schmitt third and Wade Cross fourth. Ty Leonard used his starting position in a positive manner as he took the lead as the Grand National A-feature began. Leonard had to pit after four laps due to a fuel leak. Alex Humphrey took the lead but on lap nine Bob Milander moved to the front and continued for the win. Alex Humphrey held on for second with Dave Cook finishing third and Matt Buller was fourth.
